Proofreading

Proofreading can be done via PDF or in-software using DigitalCAT or CaseCAT.

For proofreading to full audio (DigitalCAT or CaseCAT only), please double the above rates.

Scoping

Scoping is offered in Digital Catalyst.

Rough upcharge (more like transcription): add $0.25/page
Page growth: 10% or more page growth will be upcharged 10%; 20% page growth will be upcharged 20%.

**I reserve the right to upcharge the per page rate for rough transcripts.**
I will be sure to contact you if I believe you have sent me the wrong file. Files with a lot of raw steno, mistrans/untrans, unresolved conflicts, not spell checked, formatting issues, etc., will be regarded as rough and charged appropriately.

My standard turnaround time does not include holidays or Sundays.

These rates are for a standard transcript with 25 lines per page or fewer. For transcripts with more than 25 lines per page, please add $0.05 per page to the above rates.
