• Transcripts sent to me should be scoped and as turn-in ready as possible. This is to ensure that I do my best job and find the sneaky errors. When a transcript is full of errors, it is difficult for me to find them all.
  • For transcripts with 150 pages or more, please send them in increments of 25-50 pages so that you and I can work on them concurrently.
  • Any transcript received after 8 p.m. CST will be considered received at 8 a.m. the following day.
  • New clients will be billed upon completion of the job. Payment is due upon receipt.
  • Invoices for regular clients will be billed on the 1st and the 15th of the month. Payment is due within 15 days. A 10% late fee will be applied after 30 days.
  • Payment may be made online with a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or through Google Wallet, Venmo, and PayPal.
    • Major credit cards and bank transfers are accepted.
    • Checks are also accepted by mail. Please e-mail for details if you prefer to pay via check.
    • Payment through Google Wallet, Venmo, and PayPal is accepted.
